Pattern Instructions
Legs (Make 2)
The legs and body are worked as one piece. Start with the first leg, then connect the second leg to begin the body.
- Leg 1:
- Round 1: Magic ring, 6dc (6).
- Round 2: 2dc in each stitch (12).
- Round 3: (1dc, 2dc) x6 (18).
- Continue increasing until Round 5 (36 stitches).
- Round 8: Work in BLO for a neat edge (24 stitches).
- Rounds 9–11: Introduce purple patches by alternating colors (e.g., 4 blue, 4 purple, 16 blue).
- Fasten off after Round 13.
- Leg 2: Repeat Leg 1 but do not fasten off—this leg will connect to the body.

Body
With Leg 2 still on your hook:
- Round 14: Chain 3, then work 1dc into each stitch around Leg 1’s top, then into the chains to join the legs (54 stitches total).
- Continue working in rounds, adding purple patches as indicated in the pattern.
- Stuff the legs and body as you go to ensure even filling.
- Decrease stitches gradually from Round 21 onward to shape the body.

Toe Claws (Grey Yarn)
- Attach grey yarn to loops on Round 8 of the legs.
- Work 1dc, 1tr, 1dc around a loop, then slip stitch to secure. Repeat for 3 claws per foot, spacing them evenly.
