Part 12: Assembly – Bringing Your Zombie to Life (Undead)
- Sew the mane to the top of the head, following the curve shown in the diagram.
- Sew the tail to the back of the body (at the lower end).
- Embroider scars on the body using red thread – make irregular, jagged lines like stitches or zombie bites.
- Sew the horn to the center of the forehead, between the eyes.
- Sew the ears to the top of the head, on either side of the horn.
- Attach the eyes:
- Big eye (alive side) – sew to the left side of the face (or right – your choice!)
- Small eye – attach near the chain-space “empty socket” on the other side. The small eye should look droopy or askew for that zombie effect.
- Optional: Add more red embroidery around the empty socket or the mouth for extra gruesome charm.

Congratulations – Your Zombie Unicorn Is Alive! (Well… Undead)
You did it! Your zombie unicorn is complete, and he is perfectly gloriously creepy-cute. Give him a little squeeze – he might be undead, but he is full of handmade love.
This little guy is perfect for:
- Halloween decorations with a twist
- Gifts for fans of zombies, unicorns, or both
- Spooky shelf companions year-round
- Making people laugh when they realize what they are looking at
