The heart is worked in two halves, then joined together.

Cut the yarn, pull the stitches tight to close, fasten off, and hide the yarn end.

Fold the wing in half and work through both sides:

Part 3: Horns (Make 2)

Part 4: Tail

Heart for the Tail

Chain 4. In the 4th chain from the hook:

  • Join in the middle of the heart.

Tail Chain

Chain 10. Attach to the heart.


Part 5: Halo

Using yellow yarn, work slip stitches around the top of the heart to create a halo effect

Part 6: Assembly

  1. Sew the wings to the back of the heart, one on each side.
  2. Sew the horns to the top of the heart.
  3. Sew the tail to the bottom of the heart.
  4. Add the halo using slip stitches in yellow.
  5. Attach a keychain ring or jump ring to the top of the heart if desired
