Finished Size

When using the recommended yarn and hook size, your finished Merida doll will be approximately 27 cm tall. The size may vary if you use a different yarn weight.

Important Notes

• This doll is crocheted using the “x” stitch (yarn under) technique for a tighter fabric.
• The beginning ch 1 or ch 2 at the start of rounds does not count as a stitch.
• Slip stitches used to join rounds do not count towards the total stitch count.

Arms (Make 2)

Use skin color yarn. Do not stuff the arms.

1. Round 1: Start with 6 sc in a magic ring. (6)
2. Round 2: (sc, inc) x 3. (9)
3. Round 3: (2 sc, inc) x 3. (12)
4. Round 4: (3 sc, inc) x 3. (15)
5. Round 5: 15 sc. (15)
6. Round 6: (3 sc, dec) x 3. (12)
7. Round 7: 12 sc. (12)
8. Round 8: (4 sc, dec) x 2. (10)
9. Rounds 9-29: 10 sc for 21 rounds. (10)

Fasten off and cut the yarn.
