Left Leg

Start with skin color yarn.

1. Chain 8. Starting from the 2nd chain from the hook:
2. Round 1: inc, 5 sc, 4 sc in the last chain. Continue on the other side of the chain: 5 sc, inc. (18)
3. Round 2: inc, 6 sc, 4 inc, 6 sc, inc. (24)
4. Round 3: sc, inc, 7 sc, (inc, sc) x 4, 6 sc, inc. (30)
5. Round 4: Work in BLO: 30 sc. (30)
6. Rounds 5-6: 30 sc for 2 rounds. (30)

Before proceeding, cut a piece of plastic to fit the shape of the sole and insert it inside the foot for stability.

7. Round 7: 9 sc, 6 dec, 9 sc. (24)
8. Round 8: 6 sc, 6 dec, 6 sc. (18)
9. Round 9: 3 sc, 6 dec, 3 sc. (12)
10. Round 10: 12 sc. (12)
11. Round 11: inc, 11 sc. (13)
12. Round 12: 13 sc. (13)
13. Round 13: inc, 12 sc. (14)
14. Round 14: 14 sc. (14)
15. Round 15: sc, inc, 12 sc. (15)
16. Round 16: 15 sc. (15)
17. Round 17: 2 sc, inc, 12 sc. (16)
18. Round 18: 16 sc. (16)
19. Round 19: sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 11 sc. (18)
20. Rounds 20-25: 18 sc for 6 rounds. (18)

Change to cream color yarn.

42. Round 42: Work in BLO: 21 slst. (21)
43. Round 43: Work in BLO (of the previous sc round, not the slst round): 21 sc. Ensure the stitch ends in the middle of the side of the leg. (21)

Fasten off and cut the yarn.

Right Leg

Follow the same instructions as the Left Leg from Round 1 to 43. Do not cut the yarn at the end of Round 43. You will use this yarn to join the legs and start the body.
