The Body (Using MC – Medium Blue)

R1: Magic ring, sc 6. (6 sts)
R2: Inc around. (12 sts)
R3: Sc 1, inc rep around. (18 sts)
R4: Sc 2, inc rep around. (24 sts)
R5: Sc 3, inc rep around. (30 sts)
R6: Sc 4, inc rep around. (36 sts)
R7-R11: Sc in each st around. (5 rounds of 36 sts)
R12: Sc 4, dec rep around. (30 sts)
R13-R18: Sc in each st around. (6 rounds of 30 sts)
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Stuff the body firmly. Align the open round of the body (30 sts) with the open round of the head (30 sts) and whipstitch them together. As you sew, you can add a bit more stuffing to the neck for support.

Nose Bridge Detail:
Take a piece of yarn and a needle. Push the needle up from the neck to come out between R15-16 of the head, about 2 stitches from the eye. Make a 4-stitch-wide stitch across the nose and push the needle back down. Pull tight to create a cute indented nose bridge and secure the ends.

Head Wings (Make 2, Using MC)

Worked in rows. Start with a long tail for sewing.
R1: Ch 6. Starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc 5. Ch 1, turn. (5 sts)
R2: Sc 1, inc, sc 1, inc, sc 1. Ch 1, turn. (7 sts)
R3: Sc 7. (7 sts)
Fasten off, leaving a tail.
Use the starting tail to whipstitch the wings to the sides of the head, centered over Rounds 8-13.
