  • Thin/4-strand yarn: YarnArt Jeans (50 g/160 m, 55% cotton, 45% acrylic) in Color 74 pink, Color 78 dark pink, and Color 46 gray
  • Hook 2 mm
  • Padding material – fiber filler
  • Beads (6 mm) black – 2 pcs
  • Needles for stitching parts
  • Scissors

  • ch – chain
  • sl st – slip stitch
  • sc – single crochet
  • hdc – half double crochet
  • dc – double crochet
  • inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
  • dec – decrease (2 sc together)

Body

Crochet in grey color

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a MR

Rnd 2: 6 inc = 12

Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times = 18

Rnd 4-5: 18 sc, change color to pink

Rnd 6-7: 18 sc, change color to grey

Rnd 8-9: 18 sc, change color to pink

Rnd 10-11: 18 sc, change color to grey

Rnd 12: 18 sc

Rnd 13: (dec, 1 sc) repeat 6 times = 12

Rnd 14: (1 sc, dec) repeat 4 times = 8, change color to pink

Stuff the body

Head

Rnd 15: (1 sc, inc) repeat 4 times = 12

Rnd 16: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times = 18

Rnd 17: (1 sc, inc, 1 sc) repeat 6 times = 24

Rnd 18-21: 24 sc (4 rounds)

Rnd 22: (1 sc, dec, 1 sc) repeat 6 times = 18

Rnd 23: (1 sc, dec) repeat 6 times = 12

Stuff the head

Rnd 24: 6 dec

Pull the hole to close, hide the ends inside.

Mustache (Make 2)

Crochet in pink color

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a MR

Rnd 2: 6 inc = 12

Rnd 3-4: 12 sc

Rnd 5: 6 dec, stuff the top of the mustache.

Rnd 6: 2 dec, change color to grey, 2 sc = 4

Rnd 6-8: 4 sc (3 rounds)

Cut the thread, leaving a long end for sewing on the part.

Sew antennae onto the top of the head.

Small Wing (Make 2)

Crochet in dark pink color

Rnd 1: ch 5, start in the second chain from the hook – 3 sc, 3 sc in the last chain, on the other side of the chain: 2 sc, inc = 10

Rnd 2: 2 sc, hdc, (2 dc in 1 stitch) 3 times, dec, 2 sc, inc, sl st = 14

Cut the thread, leaving a long end for sewing on the part.

Sew small wings on the sides of the body at the level of 13-14 rows.

Big Wing (Make 4)

Crochet in grey color

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a MR

Rnd 2: 6 inc = 12

Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times = 18, change color to dark pink

Rnd 4: 3 sc, 2 hdc in 1 stitch, 2 hdc, 2 dc in 1 stitch, dc, (2 dc in 1 stitch) 2 times, dc, 2 dc in 1 stitch, 2 hdc, 2 hdc in 1 stitch, 3 sc = 24, change color to pink

Rnd 5: 6 sc, inc, 2 hdc, 2 hdc in 1 stitch, dc, (2 dc in 1 stitch) 2 times, dc, 2 hdc in 1 stitch, 2 hdc, inc, 6 sc = 30, change color to grey

Rnd 6: 6 sc, inc, 5 sc, inc, hdc, 2 dc in 1 stitch, ch 3, 2 dc in 1 stitch, hdc, inc, 5 sc, inc, 6 sc, sl st.

Cut the thread, leaving a long end for sewing on the part.

Assembly and Finishing

Sew the wings as shown in the photo. (Note: Please refer to the original pattern’s accompanying photos for precise wing placement.)

Sew large wings to the back and head.

Sew bead eyes between rows 19 and 20 of the head at a distance of 6 sc.

You can make the upper eyelid: cast on 5 sc, cut the thread and sew above the eye.
